Anna Kersley, Founder and Chief Executive Officer I’m the proud parent of a neuro-spicey family. My lifelong passion has been to improve the world around our young people so that they can thrive. With experience as a class teacher, previous inspector for OFSTED, business owner and Reiki Practitioner; I use my expertise to develop resources, relationships and environments so that every child can reach their potential in every area of life. |
Natalie Phillips, Non-Executive Director As a mother and a Mental Health First Aider, I care deeply about supporting the wellbeing of children and the adults in their lives. I'm excited to aid the brilliant work of Well-Edu in the wellbeing and education space. I have extensive corporate experience in Marketing, Merchandising and Sales, but a passion for helping others, hence my initial interest in being part of the Well-Edu team. As a Mental Health First Aider and SteerCo member of our women's group at the company I work for, supporting wellbeing has always been highly important to me. I strive to use my professional experience and knowledge to support the development of the Well-Edu service portfolio and growing our network. |
Sarah Standbrook, Non-Executive Director As a Non-Executive Director at Well-Edu, I bring both professional and personal passion to our mission. As a mum of neurodiverse children who’ve faced challenges with emotional and educational wellbeing, I deeply understand the need for supportive, inclusive approaches in wellbeing within education. Alongside my role as a holistic practitioner and wellbeing advocate, I’m proud to help shape resources that will truly make a difference for young people, families, and schools. |
Paula Emmens, Consultant As a mum and private therapeutic coach, I’m deeply passionate about promoting wellbeing in education. Working with Well-Edu gives me the opportunity to support children, schools, and the wider community in making services more accessible and inclusive for those who need them most. |
Terrianne Caplin, Fundraising Executive As a Mum of four, I have seen and experienced the importance of support for wellbeing in education for our young people. I am passionate about building partnerships and securing support that helps Well Edu deliver impactful programmes to schools. I am excited to help us grow our reach and make a real difference in education! |
