| Our Peer Mentoring Programme | |

What does the programme offer? Young people, generally in years 12 and 13, are given training in key skills areas to prepare them to mentor younger students. They are also given the skills they need to be successful at interviews for further education, apprenticeships or the workplace and our leaders are able to provide them with references. |
