Well-Edu provides services for whole school well-being and development, including certified Mental Health First Aider training adapted specifically for education settings.

Our approach is tailored to share both knowledge and practical strategies to enable schools to improve school life and mental health
outcomes for all members of the school community.

All Well-Edu training is led by qualified instructors and experts in wellbeing and education.

Peer Mentorship Programme

Our Peer Mentorship Programme is designed with the primary objective of providing valuable opportunities for individuals aged 16-17 or those in the NEET community. This initiative aims to enable them to acquire essential skills and garner practical work experience, thereby enhancing their CV. The mentors participating in the program will undergo training to guide and support younger children. This mentoring process will be organised through a well-structured program, overseen by responsible adults.

Parent Workshops

'It all starts with the adult in the room'

Well-Edu wellbeing workshops are designed to help adults in both homes and external settings learn to manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.

Our workshops cover topics that support adults to build a toolbox of techniques and improve resilience, effective management of  emotions and a positive growth mindset for personal development. Importantly, a key and unique feature of this programme is training to enable adults to use these skills to help the children and young people in their lives.  This improves relationships,the home and school environment and provides nurturing care for when our future generation needs it the most.
